Team Roles
| Role | Access |

| Owner | Full access to all modules and settings |
| Admin | Full access except billing and plan changes |
| Dispatcher | Loads, fleet, compliance — no finance |
| Accountant | Finance, reports — no fleet or dispatch |
| Driver | Mobile app only — own loads, HOS, earnings, card |
Permission Model
Permissions are module-based: loads (read/write), fleet (read/write), finance (read/write), and compliance (read). Each role has a default permission set that can be customized per user.

Custom permission overrides are available on Fleet and Dispatch plans.
Notifications
Configure alerts for: HOS violations, load status changes, document expirations, payments received, card transactions, maintenance alerts, and compliance score changes. Delivery via push notification, email, or SMS.
Security
Two-factor authentication (TOTP), session management with active session view and remote logout, API key management for integrations, and a full audit log of all user actions.
